MasterPulse, your business assessment
is a diagnostic tool developed to assist business owners increase the value
of their enterprises. Focusing on the manner in which various business
processes are carried out within an enterprise, we identify areas of
strengths and potential weakness and prescribe specific actions, which
should be taken to improve the performance of your business.
Scope of Services:
- Using the historical financial statements of the company, we will prepare a
“Your Chart Book” showing the company’s performance statistics over a
five-year period.
- Conduct an interview with the company’s key management group. This process
will utilize a structured list of specific questions concerning the
company’s business processes. The Check-Up consists of 168 main questions
plus 72 follow-up queries.
- We will evaluate the company’s performance using the answers to the
interview questions and a proprietary assessment grid.

Client Responsibilities
The nature of this engagement will require significant involvement by
management. These responsibilities will include:
- Attendance by selected senior management at an interview to be conducted by
our specialists. This will require about 3 hours.
- Provision of all existing relevant material on a timely basis as required.
- Attendance by management at a meeting to deliver and review the report.
Engagement Conclusion
At the conclusion of this engagement you will have:
- A report containing the MasterPulse, your business assessment in a Chart
Book showing the company’s performance statistics over a five-year period.
- A report evaluating your company’s performance in critical business
functions and providing suggestions as to how to improve the company’s
performance and value.
